Job Description

Responsible to develop a long term commercial relationship with present & new customers. Work on increasing business unit market share in Wholesale segment and Wholesale sales, improve strategies in wholesale market

Accomplish Wholesale Segment budget in all assigned business units
Work closely and support wholesale team initiatives and sales activities. Solve promptly and efficiently its demands and requirements, quality claims. Provide wholesale team with necessary tools to increase sales. Give feedback about assigned wholesale business units objectives and any matters related to sales and supply.
Regulate sale and logistic procedures with the wholesale team. Develop, propose and implement the price policy in Wholesale Segment. Work closely and coach wholesale team to increase its performance. Constantly search for new potential customers, and new business opportunities. Develop new customers in assigned business units to increase company’s market share participation in Wholesale Segment. Ensure following the ISO Sales Procedures. Propose and implement procedures, logistics, and sales strategies.
Cooperate with operation department and terminals to avoid or minimize the risks, to improve and actualize their ISO procedures, and to maintain informing the customers of company’s security regulations.

Position Requirements

Experience:

• Undergraduate University Degree in Business Administration
• Experience in Management, Customer Service, Pricing, Sales and Marketing.
• 4-6 years of experience in Key Account Manager Sales, Customer Service and Marketing areas.
